Gentiana Bakaj, MD
Dr. Gentiana Bakaj, MD was born and raised in Albania. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Albania Science University of Tirana. She came to US in 1994 with her family. Graduated from St. Georges University School of Medicine in 2007 while making it on to the Dean’s list.
Trained at East Carolina University/Brody School of Medicine (ECU/BSOM), and taught as an Assistant Medical Professor at the East Carolina University/Internal medicine program for 3 years. During those school years of training and teaching, Dr. Bakaj was involved in multiple research projects, many of which are published.
She arrived in Victoria during July of 2013; she has been practicing and serving the community here since.
